Benefits

Our wall panels are built with the same materials as a stick frame building and the same best practice construction techniques that are used on the jobsite are used in our wall construction.  Panelized walls are not “cheapened up” in any way by materials used or the way they are constructed.  In fact, if a person were to walk into a panelized home they probably wouldn’t even be able to tell that the walls were pre-built indoors.  By using wall panels, construction time is reduced, consistent quality is achieved and efficient construction practices become easier to accomplish on a jobsite.

o     Decreased construction time leads to:

n      Dramatically lower labor cost for framing

n      Less interest paid on construction loans

n      Lower job overhead and liability

n      Less chance of weather related impacts during framing

n      Faster “dry in” time so sub-contractors can begin work earlier

o     Consistent quality construction is achieved by:

n      Using longer ring shank nails above industry standards

n      Working in a controlled environment

n      Indoor storage keeps materials dry

n      Computer directed saws and fastening tables ensure accurate construction

o     Efficient construction leads to:

n      Smaller crew sizes during framing

n      More buildings built per year increasing profits

n      Dramatically less waste decreasing disposal fees

n      Less chance of jobsite theft

On a panelized home, the jobsites are virtually free of debris allowing easier access and a safer working environment.
