Jobsite
These pictures were taken on a jobsite in Janesville MN. The building is a
3-unit town-home with 440 lineal feet of exterior sheathed walls and 690 lineal
feet of interior walls. The combined living space of the 3 units is over 5000
square feet. With a crew of five working a total of 32 man-hours on day one,
340 lineal feet of exterior walls and 90 lineal feet of interior walls had been
set. With a crew of four working a total of 30 man-hours on day two, the
remaining 100 lineal feet of exterior walls and 600 lineal feet of interior
walls were set. By using wall panels on this project it is estimated that over
200 labor hours were saved pushing the project schedule ahead by over 1 week!
