Panelizing Process
The first step in wall panel
construction is drawing your plan in our Builders CAD
software.
After the plan specifics have been
verified we then send your information out to our shop.
Computer guided saws and fastening tables ensure accurate
construction of your wall panels.
Once the wall panels have been built,
they are stacked according to the area of the building in
which they are located. The panels are then stored in our
warehouse until delivery. When the contractor is ready for
the wall panels they are loaded onto our forklift-equipped
truck and delivered to the jobsite.
